Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. I have corrected the insecure prompt you were receiving from logging in to webmail. We are also underway with significant upgrades to our email and webmail platforms that should conclude in 2014. I will be making further improvements and minimizing the amount of content displayed on our mobile site in the coming months.

large banner
On the online bill pay, the banner across the top is huge, causing the customer to have to scroll down a lot on every page change. It's irritating. The old version didn't have that. My suggestion is to make it MUCH smaller or change it to a vertical banner on the side instead of across the top.

I would like to be able to locate the stations that you have partnered with for streaming such as FOX Now, NFL, ABC, CBS, CNBC, Sports LIve extra, HBO go, etc. I download some of these only to find out that Bendbroadband does not partner with them yet. I would rather know which ones you partner with before I download them

Thanks for the feedback. More information can be found at https://beta.bendbroadband.com/residential/tv/#bbb2go . The best way to see what networks are available with bendbroadband2go is to view our channel line up at https://beta.bendbroadband.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.asp you can sort by the video package you own and then look for the blue "2go" icon for each network. I will make note of this and explore ideas to make this easier to find.

Stray footnote that can be removed from the business data package page
Business Data Page: There's a stray footnote below the packages that says "When taken with one or more services." This can be removed since it doesn't appear to reference anything. The page is https://bendbroadband.com/business/services/data/

Update email
Is there anyway to update the email? We moved here from Seattle and had Comcast. It was so user friendly (I could type in someone's name in the "To" section and it would auto-populate. It just seems very outdated. Thank you!!
